Phnom Penh

Cambodia's crowded capital city of Phnom Penh is fascinating and enigmatic. Although there is a shiny swathe of modernity in a few places, no Asian futurism is to be found. It is a big city, teeming with sounds & smells & people & all sorts of moving vehicles. I love big cities.
